Grandma's Chicken Recipes Casserole, Pie, Or Grilled Options

I understand, I am aware. Of course, for someone who hates poultry, I positive do share a lot of fajita recipe! However chicken is really a favorite amongst my children and grandchildren and you know grandma's aim would be to please all those grandchildren! Today I am sharing a few of their most favorite; Picnic Spud Chip Hen, Chicken Curry, and Butter Grilled Chicken Boobies.

PICNIC SPUD CHIP CHICKEN
1 big frying poultry, cut-up
3 sticks butter or perhaps margarine
a single large package casino chips

Burn butter in a shallow food. Crush the potato chips into fine breadcrumbs. Dip each little bit of chicken in to the melted butter and then roll in the potato processor chip crumbs. Place on a cookie sheet and bake in a 350 degree preheated oven for one hour and twenty moments. Bake revealed.

Note: Since nearly all of my grandchildren only just like the white meat, I have updated this particular recipe over the years now I take advantage of the skinless boneless poultry breasts and cut the baking time back considerably. This kind of recipe will keep the hen moist and bake only before the chicken fruit drinks run clear when pierced with a fork.

POULTRY PIE
This formula is 1 my mother got from a can involving Hunt's Tomato Sauce after i was a child in the 1950s. This quickly became a family favorite (for all except myself!). Refined biscuits were really coming in to popularity during those times also.

a single 1-lb could chicken within gravy OR 1 10-oz could chicken the la cal . king
1 8-oz may Hunt's Tomato Marinade
2 tablespoon immediate minced red onion
1/2 teaspoon rosemary, crushed
1 8-oz can peas, used up
1 3-oz may mushrooms, used up
1 5-oz can boned poultry, diced
a single pkg. cooled biscuits

Mixture together all ingredients except biscuits. Heat and pour into 1 1/2 quart casserole. cut biscuits in two and arrange along with chicken mixture. Bake in 425 levels for 20 minutes. 4 to {5} servings.

Be aware: At the end of the recipe may be the following notation: "Hunt's Tomato Sauce is so simple to use! Only cook it into stews, soups, spaghetti, grain, meat loaf, eggs, fish, vegetables, gravies. Ideal for leftovers. "

BUTTER BARBEQUED CHICKEN CHESTS
1/2 mug butter
1/4 cup finely cut green onions
1 tsp sodium
1/8 tsp spice up
1/4 cup lemon fruit juice
4 chicken breasts (concerning 3 pound), halved
